Jessica Anger is not just the cohost of the podcast Parent Coaches Unleashed and Certified Parent Coach, but a compassionate ally in the challenging, and transformative journey of parenthood. Drawing upon her extensive background in education and her role as a devoted stay-at-home mom to three wonderful children, Jessica has honed her skills as a great listener and a master of thought-provoking questions to help parents navigate the intricate pathways of raising children with understanding, empathy, and connection.
With a Bachelor's degree in Education, a Master’s degree in Special Education and years of experience as a dedicated teacher, Jessica cultivated a deep appreciation for learning dynamics, individual growth, and effective communication. Her teaching career allowed her to shape young minds and build strong relationships with students and their families. As life unfolded, Jessica embraced another invaluable chapter—motherhood. Stepping away from the classroom, she devoted herself to nurturing her own family of five, where she encountered firsthand the challenges and wonders of parenting.
Her years of teaching, combined with her personal experiences, ignited a desire to support other parents on their unique parenting journeys. Eager to offer her skills and insights beyond her home, Jessica embarked on the path to becoming a Certified Parent Coach.
Through her coaching practice, Jessica has witnessed the transformative power of self-discovery and connection. She believes that every parent possesses the potential to forge strong bonds with their children, fostering environments of trust and mutual respect. Jessica's coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that parents are the experts of their own families, and her role is to guide them in unlocking their inner strengths and wisdom.
Eventually, Jessica’s goal was to reach an even larger audience and began her parenting podcast with cohost, partner, and friend, Carrie Wiesenfeld. The podcast main theme is to discuss any and all topics with the main purpose of letting parents know they are not alone on their parenting journey.
Jessica lives in Parkland, FL with her husband, three children and 2 Boxers. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and is slowly starting to embrace the pickleball craze! Mostly she loves spending time with her family and friends.
Jessica is available for one-on-one coaching, parent workshops, and speaking engagements.

Carrie Wiesenfeld is the co-founder and co-host of Parent Coaches Unleashed, a growing platform dedicated to supporting parents as they navigate the often challenging teen and young adult years. What began as a podcast between two experienced parents has evolved into a dynamic community offering parent coaching, educational webinars, and a weekly podcast available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
Carrie brings both professional expertise and real-life parenting experience to her work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and after a successful career in Human Resources, she reinvented herself during the early days of empty nesting by becoming a Certified Life Coach. Through this transition, Carrie recognized a significant gap in support for parents adjusting to the shift from hands-on parenting to guiding their emerging adult children.
At Parent Coaches Unleashed, Carrie and her co-host combine their personal experiences raising children now in their 20s with insights from expert guests and their own coaching education. Their mission is to help parents raise independent, resilient young adults who are prepared for college and life after high school. Through honest conversations, practical tools, and vulnerability about their own successes and failures as parents, they remind families that they are not alone in this journey.
Carrie believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting. Every child is different, and they certainly don’t come with a manual. By sharing real stories and actionable strategies, Carrie helps parents gain clarity, confidence, and perspective during one of the most transformative stages of family life.
In addition to the podcast and coaching work, Parent Coaches Unleashed offers webinars and programs designed specifically for parents navigating the teen and young adult years, empowering families to foster independence, responsibility, and healthy relationships.
Carrie lives part-time in South Florida and Park City, Utah, where she enjoys hiking, yoga, playing Mahjong and spending time with family and friends. Alongside her husband and two young adult sons, she is committed to community service and supports organizations including LifeNet4Families, Safe Schools for Alex, Orange Ribbons for Jaime, Live Like Sam and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Her core values—kindness, compassion, authenticity, collaboration, and trust—guide both her coaching and her approach to supporting parents through the evolving journey of raising independent young adults.
